About TEKS Solutions
A nearshore operations partner built by operators.
TEKS Solutions LLC staffs the customer-facing and back-office work that finance operations struggle to hire for — collections support, accounts receivable follow-up, customer service, insurance and underwriting verification, administrative support and bookkeeping — with dedicated bilingual teams in the Monterrey metropolitan area, managed from Arlington, Texas. Receivables work is first-party: agents work under your name, on your accounts, and your organization remains the creditor.

Why we exist
Servicing floors cannot hire fast enough for the work in front of them.
Delinquency work, verification queues and inbound customer calls grow with the portfolio, and hiring for them means recruiting, training and supervising each new seat before it carries a call. TEKS was built to give operators a trained team they can direct — without recruiting, without a shared call-center pool, and without moving the work out of their own systems.
The six lines are described on the solutions page; how a program differs by vertical is on the industries page.

- 01Dedicated, not shared
- Agents are assigned to one client and trained on that client's systems, scripts and policies. Nobody rotates across accounts.
- 02Inside your systems
- Work happens in the CRM, DMS or loan-servicing platform you authorize, so your managers see activity as it happens — not in a weekly export.
- 03To Regulation F standards
- Every program is run to Regulation F's operative rules on call frequency, time of day and cease requests, whatever its legal classification.
- 04Straight answers on fit
- Discovery is a real conversation about workflow, volume and systems access. If a program is not a fit, we say so before anyone is assigned.
Leadership
Run by an operator, not a sales office.
Patricia Cerda leads TEKS Solutions after two decades running customer service, collections, recovery, insurance-verification and underwriting operations for dealerships and financial institutions. TEKS is built around the problem she kept seeing from the inside: servicing floors that could not hire fast enough for the work in front of them. She still leads client onboarding personally.

How programs are governed
Supervised from your record, reported on a standing cadence.
Regulation F binds debt collectors as the FDCPA defines them. Rather than argue about where a given engagement falls, TEKS runs every program to its operative standards and documents it.
- 01Access you grant and revoke
- Agents work under role-based access you grant and can revoke, inside the CRM, DMS, loan-origination or accounting platform you authorize. Data stays under your controls and the audit trail lives in one place.
- 02Supervision from the record
- Every contact attempt, promise to pay and outcome is documented in your platform — who was reached, on which channel, what was agreed and who owns the next step. That is how a manager supervises without listening to every call.
- 03Quality review
- Calls are recorded and scored against your scripts and policies. Note completeness is checked daily through launch, and a weekly review covers answer rate, resolution within scope, callback timeliness and escalation accuracy.
- 04Compliance in the configuration
- Call-frequency and time-of-day limits are enforced in dialing rules, not left to agent memory. Cease-communication and opt-out requests are honored on receipt and logged in your system.
- 05Escalation, not decisions
- The team executes the rules you approve and escalates anything outside them. Policy, payment-arrangement authority, settlement decisions, credit decisions and legal action stay with your team.
- 06A standing reporting cadence
- Daily check-ins through the first weeks of production, then a weekly review. Because agents are dedicated, a coaching note from your manager reaches the same people the same day.
The Regulation F operating standards receivables programs are held to are listed, with their citations, on the collections support page. What sets the model apart from in-house hiring and offshore pools is compared on Why TEKS.

How an engagement starts
From discovery to go-live, in six steps.
A structured onboarding, sized to your portfolio and systems access. Production typically begins about two weeks after onboarding and training, depending on scope and readiness.
Step 1 · Day 1
Discovery
A call with your operations lead to understand workflows, volumes, systems and goals.
Step 2 · Week 1
Solution design
Staffing, hours of coverage, channels, scripts and responsibilities defined in writing.
Step 3 · Week 1
Proposal
A tailored proposal for the agreed scope. No published rate cards — pricing follows the design.
Step 4 · Week 1–2
Review
A walkthrough of the plan with your stakeholders; adjustments before anyone is assigned.
Step 5 · Week 2
Onboarding and training
Systems access, procedures, scripts and compliance rules configured; agents trained on your operation.
Step 6 · ~2 weeks after onboarding
Go-live
Production starts with daily check-ins through the first weeks, then a standing reporting cadence.
- Dedicated Agent / Hourly
- A dedicated resource assigned to your operation, appropriate for specialized functions such as collections, customer service, insurance verification, or administrative services. Typically based on scheduled agent coverage with a minimum of 40 hours per week when applicable.
- Per-Account / Full Servicing
- A fixed account-based model suitable for broader servicing engagements, customized to scope and portfolio characteristics.
Month-to-month engagements are available where applicable. TEKS does not publish rate cards; pricing follows the solution design, and the models are compared in more detail on Why TEKS. The guides set out what to ask any provider, including us, before signing.
Classification
First-party, under your name.
Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.
Everything on this page describes support delivered in the client's name; the agents on a program work under your company, on your accounts, and your organization remains the creditor.
The operating standards each program is held to are listed on the collections support page.
