Outsourced Bookkeeping & Accounting Support

TEKS provides outsourced bookkeeping and accounting support for businesses that need help maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, tracking transactions, and supporting reporting workflows — without implying CPA, tax, or audit services.

TEKS Solutions staffs bookkeeping programs with bilingual agents dedicated to one client, working under that client's name and inside its systems, from an operations floor in the Monterrey metropolitan area that holds Central Standard Time all year, with contracting and account management through TEKS Solutions LLC in Arlington, Texas.

In depth

How this program actually runs.

What the engagement covers

Transaction entry and categorization to your chart of accounts on the cadence you set; accounts payable support with payment runs prepared for your approval; accounts receivable support including invoicing and past-due follow-up where authorized; bank and card reconciliations prepared for review; customer, vendor and inventory records kept current; and the monthly reporting package your management uses, produced on a close calendar.

What it is not

Bookkeeping support is not CPA work: no tax preparation or advice, no audit, review or attest engagements, no financial statement opinions. Those belong to your licensed accountant, who receives cleaner records because of the bookkeeping team, not instead of it. Write that line into the engagement design — the outsourced bookkeeping guide explains why an unstated tax expectation is the most common source of friction.

Controls that make it safe

The work happens inside your accounting system under accounts you create and can revoke — no parallel books. Recording and payment release stay with different people, so nobody holds both keys. Bank and card feeds are read-only rather than shared banking credentials. And the monthly close, including reconciliations and unusual items, is reviewed by you or your CPA on a calendar both sides keep.

Who it fits

The fit is a business whose records lag the work by weeks: the dealership reconciling deal, inventory and floor-plan administration to the DMS, the growing operation whose owner still enters transactions at night, the company paying CPA rates each spring to categorize a year of activity. If decisions are being made from the bank balance rather than a report, that is the signal.

How it runs

Your name, your systems, your policies.

TEKS agents work as an extension of your team — logged into the platforms you authorize, following the procedures you approve, with every note and outcome documented where your managers already look.

01In your name
Customers hear your company, not a vendor. The relationship and the account stay with you.
02In your systems
Agents work inside the CRM, DMS, servicing or accounting platform you authorize, so the record of the work is already where your team looks for it.
03To your policies
Procedures, scripts, escalation paths and compliance rules are yours. We train to them and audit against them.
04Reported to your managers
Activity and outcomes are visible in real time to the people who run your operation.

Classification

First-party, under your name.

Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.

The operating standards each program is held to are listed on the collections support page.
