Solution
Insurance Verification & Tracking Support
TEKS supports insurance verification and tracking workflows by confirming policy coverage, monitoring cancellations, following up with customers, and documenting results according to your procedures.
TEKS Solutions staffs insurance verification programs with bilingual agents dedicated to one client, working under that client's name and inside its systems, from an operations floor in the Monterrey metropolitan area that holds Central Standard Time all year, with contracting and account management through TEKS Solutions LLC in Arlington, Texas.

In depth
How this program actually runs.
Why coverage gaps are common, not exceptional
The Insurance Research Council's 2025 study, reported by the Insurance Information Institute, puts 15.4% of U.S. motorists uninsured in 2023, with Texas at 13.8% in 2022. Those are population-wide rates. A portfolio concentrated in subprime borrowers should be expected to sit above them — the household stretching to make the payment is the household most likely to let the premium lapse — but that is a reason to verify, not a measured rate; the only number that matters is your own book's, and monitoring is how you get it.
The exposed base keeps growing at that end of the market. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York puts outstanding auto loan balances at $1.713 trillion in the second quarter of 2026, with 16.1% of the quarter's originations going to borrowers with credit scores under 620.
Four repeating motions
A verification program verifies coverage at funding against your written requirements — correct vehicle, required coverage types and limits, deductible within your ceiling, your company listed as loss payee. It then monitors continuously, processing carrier cancellation and non-renewal notices and reconciling expiration dates across the book.
When a lapse appears, a defined contact sequence runs for a set number of days by phone, text and email in English or Spanish. Accounts still uninsured at your deadline are escalated with the complete record of what was attempted.
The decisions stay yours
What happens when an account remains uninsured — collateral protection placement, a premium charge, calling the loan, or simply continuing to chase — depends on your contract and on state law. That decision belongs to you and your counsel. The team's job is to make it well-informed, well-documented and rare.
Measuring it
Verified-at-funding rate, days from a carrier notice to a flag on the account, lapse cure rate inside the contact window, days to proof, and the share escalated uninsured. A verification program that cannot report those weekly is not being managed, whoever is staffing it.
How it runs
Your name, your systems, your policies.
TEKS agents work as an extension of your team — logged into the platforms you authorize, following the procedures you approve, with every note and outcome documented where your managers already look.
- 01In your name
- Customers hear your company, not a vendor. The relationship and the account stay with you.
- 02In your systems
- Agents work inside the CRM, DMS, servicing or accounting platform you authorize, so the record of the work is already where your team looks for it.
- 03To your policies
- Procedures, scripts, escalation paths and compliance rules are yours. We train to them and audit against them.
- 04Reported to your managers
- Activity and outcomes are visible in real time to the people who run your operation.
Classification
First-party, under your name.
Whether a specific engagement is classified as first-party servicing or third-party collection under the FDCPA depends on its structure and is determined with your counsel. TEKS runs every program to Regulation F standards regardless of classification.
The operating standards each program is held to are listed on the collections support page.
